John Hopkins Regina Soundstage
Overview
This comprehensive project addressed issues with deteriorating mortar and damaged stone elements. A full 3D scan of the exterior was completed to ensure precise rehabilitation and to capture exact documentation of the existing building. The project was conducted with the intention of continuing the lifecycle of the building and protecting heritage elements through minimal intervention.
Damaged stone was repaired and replaced where possible and new stone was meticulously hand carved by masons to match the shape and profile of the original elements.
