Overview

P3A replaced and upgraded the building envelope of Park Centre, a 53,330 square foot office building.  P3A worked with the client to study options of façade designs and materials to achieve the aesthetic the client wanted to modernize the building. Composite aluminum panel was used to add dimension and lighting was used to make the building a feature at night. New glass curtain wall was also installed to complete the design.
