Overview

Acre 21 is a pedestrian-friendly, community retail site with a variety of dining and shopping destinations. P3A worked with Dialog in the development of a site master plan and prototypical building design.  The buildings are a dynamic and contemporary style with a Main Street shopping experience. P3A has been responsible for the design of approximately 68,000 square feet of buildings with an additional 70,000 in Phase II.
