Overview

For this 53,330 square foot office building, P3A undertook exterior and interior work. The building envelope was replaced and upgraded using composite aluminum panels and new glass curtain wall.

The interior changes included new gypsum board, adding walnut to the underside of the stairs and into a feature wall on the main floor, and installing large format porcelain tile. The elevators were modernized to take the building to a Class A building and the washroom finishes were replaced.
